We’re looking for a talented and creative Webflow expert to help us elevate our website: corern.webflow.io/home . Our startup is focused on connecting qualified U.S. and international nurses with top healthcare employers, and we need a site that reflects the professionalism, trust, and impact of our mission.

We’ve already built a starter version on Webflow, but now we need your help to:

What You’ll Do:

Redesign the website (It is okay if you choose a different layout/template) to make it visually stunning and high-converting

Replace placeholder images with professional, relevant visuals

Update the logo and integrate brand identity elements throughout the site under our supervision

Improve visual storytelling with engaging sections, layouts, and animations as required

Optimize responsiveness for mobile and tablet

Recommend layout and design best practices that increase trust and clarity

Tech & Tools:

Webflow (primary requirement)

Figma/Adobe XD (ideally we prefer you share mockups of pages beforehand)

Image optimization tools (for fast, clean visuals)

Create and deliver logo files, high-resolution images, and brand content

Ideal Candidate/team:

Proven experience designing modern, high-conversion websites in Webflow

Strong eye for detail, user flow, and responsive design

Able to work independently with limited oversight but open to feedback

Bonus: experience in healthcare or staffing-related industries

Deliverables:

Updated, polished, visually stunning and complete Webflow site with all relevant images in all pages specific to our business idea including new logo

Finalized homepage and 2–3 subpages (e.g., “For Nurses,” “For Employers,” “ADN to BSN Program”) and all other pages using corern.webflow.io/home as example

Prefer completion of the project within 21 to 30 days
