The person we're looking for needs to be capable on Figma and ideally Webflow (Webflow isn't 100% necessary, but it'll certainly help if you can do that).

We're looking for someone with good availability throughout the day, we're not looking for someone with 1-3 day turnarounds, we're looking for someone who can jump on with the founder and make live changes, live designer suggestions, live edits on the spot.
