We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to help us build, optimize, and scale our digital presence with performance, conversion, and integrations at the forefront. The Espire Dental Webflow Developer is responsible for leading, creating and managing all marketing Webflow development efforts.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Webflow builder with strong technical instincts, a strategic eye for conversion, and proven experience integrating design and third-party tools. This is a mid-level role—not entry-level, but not executive. You’ll be expected to function within a fast-paced team, operate autonomously, and implement efficiently across marketing and development needs.

Responsibilities:
Webflow Site Development and Management
• Own all aspects of front-end Webflow development for espiredental.com and other affiliated websites.
• Build modular, CMS-driven pages that enable rapid campaign execution and scalability.
• Implement CRO best practices including split-testing, funnel optimization, and layout experimentation.
• Maintain performance, accessibility, and mobile optimization standards.
• Integrate new and merge acquired practice websites into the Espire brand using best integration techniques and framework.
• Third-Party Integration
• Integrate platforms such as CareStack, online scheduling tools, chat widgets, and CRMs through custom code, APIs, and embed strategies.
• Work with marketing and ops teams to ensure smooth cross-platform data flow and form functionality.
• Analytics and Tracking
• Implement and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4), AdWords pixels, and custom conversion events.
• Set up event tracking for marketing campaigns and user behavior insights.
• Ensure data integrity across the digital funnel.
• Custom Code and Technical Flexibility
• Apply custom HTML, CSS, and limited JavaScript where needed to extend Webflow functionality.
• Troubleshoot layout, responsiveness, and script issues as they arise.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Implement SEO best practices for structure, metadata, schema, speed, and mobile performance.
• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure content hierarchy and crawlability support organic search goals.
Industry-Specific Advantage (Preferred)
• Experience working on websites for dental, medical, or other healthcare service providers.
• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant form practices or patient engagement UX.
• Required Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of experience building and managing sites in Webflow.
• Strong command of HTML and CSS.
• Demonstrated ability to implement third-party scripts and platform integrations.
• Experience setting up and reading GA4 and Google Ads conversion tracking.
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and technical optimization strategies.
• Experience running or supporting CRO tests via Webflow or third-party tools (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Convert).
• Strong attention to detail, with a bias toward clean, scalable, and documented code.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with dental, medical, or healthcare websites.
• Familiarity with platforms like Clickup, Brandfolder, Salesforce, Health Cloud, or similar.
