Remote CMS Assistant for Crypto Tax Site Migration
We are a leading crypto tax software company looking for a detail-oriented Publishing Support Assistant to help migrate our website to a new Webflow CMS. This is a temporary, remote position with the potential for ongoing work based on strong performance.
Responsibilities:
You will work closely with our content and design teams to:
Copy and paste content from live web pages into our new Webflow CMS.
Rebuild and update pages using predefined components, layouts, and formatting.
Ensure all internal links, heading structures, and on-page functionality are accurately replicated.
Perform basic quality assurance checks to identify and fix formatting errors, broken links, and missing content.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Webflow CMS, including creating new pages, editing existing content, and using predefined components.
A high level of attention to detail and the ability to follow structured instructions.
Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with the cryptocurrency, tax, or finance industries.
Previous experience in content publishing or quality assurance.
Contract Details:
- Initial Contract: ~30 hours, to be completed urgently, ideally within a 1 week timeframe.
This is a remote position with the opportunity for extension for high-performing individuals.
