Summary Description:

-- We’re moving our 8-page website off Contentful and onto Framer (or Webflow, if you make a stronger case). Your mandate:

-- Re-create every live page, modal, interaction, and breakpoint so the new build is visually and functionally indistinguishable from the current site. 8 pages in total.

-- Export 100% of the existing Contentful space (entries, assets, locales, relationships) and deliver an audit-ready archive.

-- Re-hook HubSpot and Hotjar so data flows exactly as before.

-- Keep SEO metadata, 301 redirects, and accessibility standards intact throughout the cut-over.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with both platforms and a proven ability to manage migrations without data loss or disruption to tools like HubSpot and Hotjar. You should have a sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of visual polish, and a commitment to preserving both the look and feel and the full functionality of the site throughout the transition. 4. Integration checks – How you’ll validate HubSpot and Hotjar post-cut-over.

5. Archive process – Your method for producing and validating the full Contentful export.

-- Documented pipeline – Clear README + Loom walkthrough covering local setup, staging, roll-back, and non-technical editing.

-- Part 2: Full Contentful archive delivered – Provide (a) the JSON + media zip from contentful space export, (b) a CSV cross-checking every exported entry against our spreadsheet, and (c) a README with exact export commands, space ID, and timestamp. Row count in CSV must meet or exceed the entry total shown in Contentful’s dashboard. The archive can be delivered sequentially from migration, as successful migration is a paramount priority.
