About the role

We are seeking a motivated Content & Webflow Marketing Specialist to join our team - and looking for someone who’s passionate about combining video, content, and web to create standout digital experiences that spark interest, build credibility, and drive revenue.

While our primary mode of operation is remote, for this role, you’ll need to travel to Berlin, and Munich, Germany frequently (e.g. once every two weeks). Travel will of course be covered.

Based on travel and timezone requirements to effectively work with our Founder and Director, you're best suited for this role if you work in Poland, Czechia or close to that region.

You’ll be the go-to person for creating our thought leadership content and making it shine across social and web. Your mission: Make our CEO and founder visible and credible on LinkedIn, turn our website into a conversion engine, and build a stronger connection with our growing audience of strategy and operations leaders. This role isn’t simply to create videos and posts and add to the noise of social media. It’s to measurably increase the number of conversations booked through our website and social media presence, so that we can reach and help more organizations.

Webflow Website Management & Growth
• Build out, maintain and improve our Webflow site, including copy, media, structure, design, etc.
• Design, build and continuously improve the conversion of our landing pages so that our ICPs book conversations with us
• Continuously experiment with messaging, structure, and page elements to improve results

Video Content Creation
• Coordinate and film video content with our Founder in Berlin and Director in Munich
• Edit high-quality videos for use on LinkedIn and in newsletters
• Package content into punchy, high-converting social posts (hooks, subtitles, thumbnails, and all)

Social Media & Newsletter Management
• Own our company and executive LinkedIn presence: write posts, schedule content, engage with the audience
• Write a short monthly newsletter that builds our following and educates the market about our products and services

What You’ll Need
• Proficiency in Webflow. You're confident working independently in the platform
• 2+ years of experience creating video content for B2B brands, especially on LinkedIn
• Strong video editing skills (The tool is your choice, but we’d expect proficiency in something like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools)
• Experience writing short-form marketing content for social and newsletter, proven with a measurable increase in clicks and conversion
• Demonstrated success managing or owning a B2B LinkedIn or newsletter channel
• Professional-level fluency in English
