We're building a high-end creative website inspired by wlt.design.

The static version is already developed in Webflow, but we need an expert to bring it to life with complex animations, smooth transitions, and 3D effects using GSAP and WebGL (Three.js).

We are looking for a front-end developer who specializes in combining Webflow, GSAP, and Three.js/WebGL to create highly interactive, visually dynamic experiences.

Scope of Work:

Implement smooth page transitions and intro animations (like the grid reveal on wlt.design)

Add GSAP ScrollTrigger animations (text reveals, pinned sections, section entrances)

Animate typography, images, and backgrounds on hover, scroll, and load

Integrate Three.js / WebGL effects (interactive background transitions, shader effects, 3D elements)

Handle custom preloader and lazy loading

Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization

Required Skills:

Advanced Webflow experience (custom code embedding, CMS structure, clean classes)

Expert-level GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) & ScrollTrigger

Solid experience with Three.js / WebGL

Strong JavaScript (ES6+)

Familiarity with Lottie animations

Ability to work from Figma or provided design files

Clean, modular code structure
