Description:

We are building an AI-powered SaaS tool for our business (Home Connect + DMV App) that automates quoting, CRM, scheduling, payments, and marketing.

This is a Phase 1 MVP project to build a functional, low-cost version using no-code and lightweight AI integrations.

Core Features (Phase 1):

Client intake form (flooring, cabinets, or DMV services)

Auto-quote generator (based on client input)

Email + SMS quote delivery (Twilio or Gmail API)

Payment link generation via Stripe

Calendar sync for scheduling jobs or appointments

Basic CRM with client profiles + notes

Zapier or Make.com automations for workflow (quote → invoice → job scheduling → review request)

Tools Required (must have experience with at least 3):

Webflow or FlutterFlow (for web UI)

Airtable or Supabase (CRM/database)

Zapier or Make.com

OpenAI or CrewAI (AI automation)

Bonus Experience:
