This project is about migrating a high-performance Hormone Health Clinic site, with a rapidly growing patient base, that supports personalized and secure user experiences. Essentially a highly optimized, scalable infrastructure that seamlessly connects marketing, lead generation, registration, automation, and scheduling.

This is NOT a junior role. We’re looking for a master of backend integrations and frontend logic, with proven ability to deliver enterprise-level quality. Someone who thrives in advanced Webflow builds, understands membership systems, and can creatively wire integrations with Jotform, Memberstack, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, Calendly, and Zoom.

Responsibilities:

• To own the backend implementation of our Webflow-based tech stack, integrating:

• Patient onboarding flows

• Custom conditional testing tools

• Automated email CRM pipelines

• Scheduling workflows

• PDF score generation + custom output delivery

• Migrating all viable content and settings from original site builder into Webflow, based on provided site audit & top performing pages

• Optimizing the flow of new site and new content provided

(All Wireframes + design specs, Jotform conditional logic drafts, Webflow structure + components, copy/content, brand assets, Project checklist + milestones are provided)

Who We're Looking For:

• A Webflow + Memberstack power user with a strong understanding of dynamic data flows, conditional logic, and CRM integration within and between Jotform, ActiveCampaign, and Zapier

• Fluent in front-end logic, custom interactivity, and gated content flows

• Experienced in building and documenting automated tech stacks that talk to each other

• Organized, methodical, able to work independently while prioritizing attention to detail

• Strong with QA, documentation, and performance optimization

• Respectful, organized, and kind communicator who proactively flags issues and offers better solutions with the tools at hand

Bonus: Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant practices, healthcare funnels, or digital health UX (Background in health/medical subscription services or assessment tools)
