🧩 The Opportunity

We’re launching a niche-sector resourcing/recruitment business and need a freelance Webflow + HubSpot + automation specialist to help us set up our full foundational tech stack and build our first niche-sector recruitment website.

You’ll be creating a repeatable, scalable system that allows us to roll out new niche pages and lead funnels across different recruitment sectors. This includes setting up a Webflow CMS site, connecting it to HubSpot, and wiring everything together via Make (Integromat). You’ll also help us configure async video interviews through Hireflix and basic client workflows using HubSpot and Calendly.

This first build is the foundation for a much wider platform – so we’re looking for someone who builds clean, reusable systems and can move fast with minimal hand-holding.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Build a fully branded Webflow CMS website (1st niche sector) using a scalable, modular component system (e.g. Client-First by Finsweet)

Set up CMS collections for job roles, testimonials, FAQs, etc.

Create and connect Webflow forms for job briefs and candidate sign-up

Build Make.com automations to connect Webflow → HubSpot CRM (Free or Starter)

Set up basic workflows inside HubSpot (pipelines, properties, follow-ups)

Configure Hireflix for async candidate interviews and client review links

Integrate Calendly for scheduling with candidates and clients

Ensure SEO readiness (meta titles, schema, open graph, etc.) and site speed optimisation

Document key workflows for handover and reusability

✅ What We’re Looking For

Proven experience building component-based websites in Webflow CMS

Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM: pipelines, properties, forms, and contact workflows

Experience with Make.com (Integromat) and integrating Webflow, HubSpot, Airtable, or Slack

Attention to detail when connecting form data, triggers, and internal comms

Bonus: experience working with recruitment, B2B lead-gen, or multi-niche rollout projects

Bonus: experience setting up or integrating Hireflix, Calendly, or Apollo/Dripify

Ability to move quickly, troubleshoot independently, and hand over clean systems

💻 Tools You’ll Ideally Be Comfortable With
