Flexible Project-Based Webflow Developer
We’re looking for a skilled Webflow developer to help us build and maintain websites on an as-needed basis.
While we do work with designers, you should have experience not just with Webflow but also a solid understanding of UX and UI design to ensure the sites look and feel right. Familiarity with GSAP (on-load animations, scroll-triggered effects) and Swiper.js is a plus.
Attention to detail is essential. We care about polish, accessibility and performance. Please share examples of websites you’ve built that showcase your skill and taste.
Workload is variable. Some weeks you may work on a new landing page, another week building a CMS schema, and then there may be quiet weeks with no tasks.
Bonus if you have experience with Zapier integrations, Cloudflare Workers or adding custom code to extend Webflow’s capabilities.
We value clear communication, reliability and the ability to suggest better solutions if you see a smarter way to do something.
The first task will be developing a blog post webpage for kayrouzandassociates.com and running optimizations on the site. The current site has 1k+ lines of custom JS added as plain code, so experience refactoring and optimizing messy codebases is important.
If this sounds like you, please apply and include a few portfolio links.
