Cielo Synergies is a boutique finance consulting firm seeking a detail-oriented marketing assistant to execute our content strategy across email campaigns, Webflow blog updates, and LinkedIn posts. We provide all the content—your role is to get it published and formatted consistently.

Note: Webflow experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and send email campaigns via Apollo or Mailchimp

Upload and format blog posts in Webflow (including meta tags, alt text, and internal links)

Post 2–3x/week on LinkedIn (copy and graphics provided)

Track performance lightly (open rates, bounce rates, post reach)

Ensure formatting is clean and aligned with brand standards

Must-Have Skills:

Webflow (Required) – blog/article upload and light SEO formatting

Email campaign tools (Apollo, Mailchimp, or similar)

LinkedIn content publishing and formatting

Basic SEO (meta titles, alt text, internal links)

Strong attention to detail and communication

Hours & Commitment:

5–8 hours/week to start, with the potential to expand as we grow.
