Freelance Expert for Website Audit & Team Training

We are looking for a skilled individual freelancer (no agencies) with deep Webflow experience to help finalize and optimize our new website, tillisoftware.com. The ideal candidate will audit the current site, make structural and design improvements, complete the remaining pages, and train our internal team for future updates and site management.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who can work independently, bring best practices to the table, and leave us with a robust, easy-to-manage Webflow site.

Responsibilities:

  1. Webflow Audit & Assessment

Conduct a full audit of the existing Webflow site structure, including components, CMS collections, SEO configuration, responsiveness, and performance.

Identify problem areas, inefficient structures, or poor use of classes/symbols and recommend improvements.

Evaluate component frameworks in use and determine whether they need to be modified or replaced.

  1. Website Completion & Enhancement

Finalize the core website pages (e.g., Home, Solutions, Pricing, About Us, Contact, Blog, etc.).

Modify or rebuild Webflow components, symbols, and frameworks based on the audit findings.

Implement a clean, scalable, and brand-consistent design throughout the site.

Ensure responsiveness across devices and basic SEO optimization.

  1. Webflow Optimization

Set up or refine CMS collections for repeatable content like blog posts, use cases, FAQs, or testimonials.

Create reusable components and class systems that are easy to manage long-term.

Apply performance best practices (lazy loading, clean interactions, minimal DOM complexity, etc.).

  1. Team Training & Handoff

Host 1–2 live (or recorded) team training sessions on how to:

Edit pages and content

Use CMS collections

Create and manage new pages or components

Publish updates and troubleshoot common issues

Deliver a customized internal Webflow guide/SOP tailored to our website setup.

Requirements:

Independent freelancer only – no agencies or firms

Proven Webflow expertise with portfolio examples (please include 2–3 links)

Strong understanding of responsive UX/UI, CMS structures, and component-based design

Ability to analyze and improve an existing Webflow setup and framework

Experience training teams to manage Webflow sites post-launch

Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously

Project Details:

Timeline: 6–12 weeks

Start: ASAP

Type: Fixed or hourly (please include your preferred rate)

Potential for Ongoing Work: Yes (future enhancements and consulting)
