Webflow Developer Needed to Build Simple ChatGPT-Powered Real Estate Tool (MVP)

We’re looking for a Webflow developer to help us build a clean, fast-loading MVP landing page for a real estate tool powered by ChatGPT. Think basic design like google homepage with a couple other features such as a video and a logo.

This is not a full property search engine — it's a lightweight wrapper that lets users ask questions like:

“How much is this house?”

“What’s the price of 123 Main Street?”

“What’s the school district here?”

The chatbot will respond using ChatGPT API combined with a custom knowledge base (exact delivery method still being finalized — open to your suggestions here).

✅ Scope of Work:

Build a modern, mobile-friendly landing page in Webflow

Embed a chatbot experience (text-based — not an avatar for now)

Connect chat to ChatGPT using a backend endpoint (we’ll provide API access)

Ensure layout is simple, fast, and easy to duplicate for other cities

Add sections for future content (FAQ, 1-min explainer video, optional guide downloads)

🔧 Tools + Stack:

Webflow (primary)

ChatGPT API (OpenAI)

Knowledge base (initially built manually or via external tools)

Zapier / Make / N8n experience a plus

🧠 Ideal Dev:

Strong Webflow builder with clean, modular layout skills

Some experience embedding or integrating with 3rd-party AI tools

Understands lightweight MVP buildouts — speed over polish, but still clean
