ADA-Compliant Website Developer
We’re seeking a skilled Webflow designer/developer to build and launch three clean, fast, and professional service-based websites using Webflow and premium templates. Each brand targets a unique audience — local governments, nonprofits, and small businesses — but will share a consistent layout, structure, and functionality.
We already have brand assets and content direction and are ready to move forward quickly with the right partner.
Each Site Will Include the Following Pages:
Home Page: with call-to-actions, newsletter signup, and trust-building sections
About Us
Services Page
Contact Page: with contact form, hours, and social icons
FAQ Page
Blog (CMS-powered)
Resources Page: with downloadable tools, quizzes, guides, and more
Privacy Policy & Terms of Service
Blog & Case Studies Section
This is a key part of our lead-gen strategy and needs to look polished and well-structured — not just functional. Specifically:
Blog posts and case studies should be displayed in a clean, card-based layout (like Webflow or Notion’s blogs)
Organized by category or tag (e.g. “Funding Tips,” “Client Success,” “Guides”)
Posts should include featured image, title, snippet, author/byline
Clicking a blog opens a beautifully styled, full post page
CMS should be easily editable by non-technical team members
Mobile-optimized and SEO-friendly
- Easy for our team to create new blog posts, add Calls-to-Action, and linking to other parts of the website
Required Features for All 3 Sites:
Responsive layout (mobile, tablet, desktop)
SSL certificate + Webflow or high-speed reliable hosting
ADA/WCAG accessibility compliance (contrast, alt text, keyboard nav)
Newsletter signup (MailerLite or Beehiiv integration)
Fast load speeds (Lighthouse score of 90+ preferred)
Social media icons in footer
Search functionality (blog/resources at minimum)
Trust badges / seals where appropriate
CMS for blog and resources
Clean UI, intuitive navigation, and consistent styling
Deliverables
3 fully functional, template-based Webflow websites
Blog + CMS + lead magnet system working
All pages and content installed (we’ll provide copy/assets)
Newsletter integrations
Hosting and domain connection (or handoff instructions)
ADA-compliant setup
Loom walkthrough or short guide showing how we can manage content going forward
