Hi there — I'm looking to rebuild my current Webflow site (www.contractq.com) into a lightweight, fast-loading WordPress version that I can run locally, edit, and host on AWS Lightsail.

My current site was built in webflow and is around 6MBwhich is too heavy. I want a clean, optimized rebuild using WordPress + Astra + Elementor, keeping visual polish but eliminating unnecessary bloat.

Scope of Work:

Recreate the existing ContractQ homepage and key pages in WordPress using Astra + Elementor.

Use lightweight development practices — avoid bloated plugins/themes.

Include:

A blog section I can easily update myself.

A Learning Center structure for organizing educational content.

A top announcement bar like the green promo strip on the current site.

Final product should be:

Packaged so I can run and edit it locally using LocalWP

Deployable to AWS Lightsail with clear setup instructions.

Deliverables:

Fully functioning WordPress site with homepage, nav, blog, and learning center.

Styling and branding that closely match the current ContractQ site.

Exported file or backup I can import and continue editing in LocalWP.

Clear documentation or support to get it live on AWS.

Tech Preferences:
