I run a small but growing creative studio and I’m on the lookout for a reliable right-hand freelancer to help me keep up with the design and development work coming across my desk each week. This is an ongoing partnership with a guaranteed minimum of 5 hours/week (usually more) — perfect for someone who’s flexible, fast, and sharp with their work.

What I need help with:

Webflow development (must be comfortable building clean, responsive sites)

UX/UI design (think wireframes, landing pages)

Graphic design (mostly digital, occasional brand collateral)

What I’m looking for:

Freelancer only – no agencies please!

Someone who works efficiently and can hit deadlines with minimal hand-holding

Strong design eye - I care a lot about typography, layout, and clean builds

A good communicator who takes feedback professionally and adjusts quickly

This role is ideal for someone who’s happy jumping into a variety of projects- one week might be a marketing landing page, the next might be helping polish a brand deck or building out a client’s CMS blog. I’ll be sharing clear tasks and expectations, and I try to be a respectful, easygoing creative partner to work with.
