Website Performance Optimization Developer

We're hiring an experienced Webflow developer to improve website performance and support future website improvements (adding new features, icons, and other tasks).**Scope:

• Optimize performance/page load speed: images/video, scripts cleanup, streamline font loading, enable lazy loading, fix layout shifts.

• Improve PageSpeed/Core Web Vitals from current (75/100 desktop & 54/100 mobile) to 90+ on both.

Requirements:

• Proven Webflow performance optimization (with metrics/examples).

• Experience setting up Webflow Localization on production sites.

• Inputflow expertise for multi‑step/conditional forms.

• Fluent Ukrainian/Russian; confident English reading/writing for briefs and async communication.

Deliverables:

• Achieved Core Web Vitals thresholds across key templates.

• Fully localized site in 5 languages with working language switcher.

• Production‑ready multi‑step Inputflow forms.

• Short report: changes made, metrics before/after, next recommendations.
