Rental Business Checkout & Upsell Flow Developer
I’m hiring an experienced Webflow + Stripe builder to create a clean, high-converting checkout flow for my short-term rental licensing business.
I want someone who has built flows like this before and understands pricing logic, routing, and post-payment upsells.
Scope of Work
Webflow
• Build a sleek, premium multi-step form (Typeform-style feel). Reading.com has a great multi step form too.
• Mobile-optimized, minimal, conversion-focused
• No large city/state dropdowns
Form logic
- Address (typed input) with auto fill
- Number of properties (1 vs 2+)
- Annual renewals (Yes / No)
- Name, email, phone
Pricing logic example
• Miami → $1,495
• Hollywood → $1,295
• Any other Florida city → $995
• 2+ properties → route to “Get a Quote” page (no payment)
Stripe
• One-time license checkout
• Optional add-on: Annual Renewal Management ($400/year)
• Post-payment upsell:
• Co-Hosting subscription ($499/month)
Automation
• Send lead + payment data to GoHighLevel
• Apply basic tags (Paid, City, Renewals, Co-Hosting)
• Zapier or Make is fine
⸻
Deliverables
• Webflow pages live
• Stripe products & checkout links configured
• Routing logic working end-to-end
• Short Loom walkthrough explaining the setup
