• No large city/state dropdowns

​

Form logic

​

  1. Address (typed input) with auto fill

​

  1. Number of properties (1 vs 2+)

​

  1. Annual renewals (Yes / No)

​

  1. Name, email, phone

​

Pricing logic example

​

• Miami → $1,495

​

• Hollywood → $1,295

​

• Any other Florida city → $995

​

• 2+ properties → route to “Get a Quote” page (no payment)

Stripe

• One-time license checkout

​
