Key Responsibilities:
• Website Design & Maintenance:
• Build and update company websites using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
• Ensure websites are responsive, secure, and optimized for performance and SEO.
• Monitor uptime and perform regular updates and backups.
• Data & Reporting:
• Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Pull data from various sources and present insights to leadership and other departments.
• IT Support & System Maintenance:
• Set up and maintain hardware and software for remote employees (e.g., laptops, cloud tools, VPNs).
• Provide tech support and troubleshoot issues with productivity tools and communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
• Ensure devices are up to date with security patches and software.
• Cybersecurity & Scam Prevention:
• Help monitor for phishing, spoofing, and online scams.
• Assist in educating team members on cybersecurity best practices.
• Set up basic endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication, and alert systems for suspicious activity.
• Documentation & Process Improvement:
• Document IT procedures and maintain a knowledge base for common issues.
• Assist in improving workflows and recommending tools or automations to improve remote operations.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Basic experience in website building (HTML/CSS or website builders like WordPress/Webflow/Squarespace).
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar dashboarding tools.
• Familiarity with IT support in a remote environment (troubleshooting, remote access tools, cloud-based systems).
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and scam prevention.
• Strong communication skills, especially in virtual settings.
• Self-motivated and organized, comfortable working independently.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
• Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Zapier/Make).
• Familiarity with remote management tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or MDM platforms).
• Familiarity with Powerbi and building integration access from database
