Nonprofit Event Website Developer

Overview:

I’m launching Festella.org, a newly formed nonprofit that hosts 13 seasonal gatherings per year—celebrating tradition, food, community, and meaningful connection. Each gathering is unique, rooted in the spirit of the season, and often supports a local cause.

I'm looking for a creative and detail-oriented Webflow expert to help me build a simple, elegant website that communicates Festella’s mission and allows me to easily manage events, collect emails, and sell tickets.

✅ Scope of Work:

Build a 4–5 page website in Webflow (or a similar platform if you recommend better), including:

Homepage

Festella introduction

Seasonal crest visuals (provided)

Upcoming event teaser with ticket link

About Page

Mission, story, and overview of the 13 seasonal gatherings

Clean layout with copy and icons (provided)

Events Page

List of upcoming events

Event name, date, image, short description, ticket link (Luma)

Editable structure for future updates

Calendar View

Stylized annual calendar or embedded Notion/Airtable

Each date links to event or ticket page

Email Signup

Integrated ConvertKit or Substack form

Optional popup or homepage embed

Working redirect or welcome message

📦 Deliverables:

Fully functional, mobile-optimized site

1–2 sample events with Luma ticketing embedded or linked

Email signup form live and connected

Loom walkthrough video showing how I can:

Add or update events

Change text/images

Manage email list

Add new Luma links

Clean, minimal backend so I can manage it myself

🎨 Design Style:

I’ll provide:

Logo and brand assets

Seasonal crest images

Copy for each section

You’ll help translate that into a cohesive, soulful design that feels:

Warm, seasonal, and community-focused

Elegant but not trendy

Easy to navigate and maintain

🕒 Timeline:

This is a 2-week project.

I’d like to launch by June 10–15.

Assets and copy will be provided Day 1.

I’ll be available for prompt feedback throughout.

💸 Budget:

Fixed price: $500–$1,000 USD depending on experience

Open to long-term collaboration for updates or feature adds after launch

🙋 You’re a great fit if:

You’ve built clean, mobile-friendly sites in Webflow

You’re comfortable integrating third-party tools (Luma, ConvertKit, Substack)

You care about aesthetics, UX, and clean backend setup

You enjoy thoughtful, mission-driven projects

You're clear, timely, and collaborative

📩 To Apply:

Please include:

2–3 live website examples (nonprofit or event-related preferred)

Your preferred platform (Webflow, Framer, Carrd)

Confirmation you can deliver by June 15

Fixed-price quote

Confirmation that a Loom tutorial video is included
