Overview: Thaloz is seeking a highly skilled Senior Webflow Developer to support an ongoing initiative to design and develop ADA-compliant landing pages. This role requires deep experience in customizing Webflow beyond native limitations using JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and external libraries.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop custom landing pages using Webflow based on Figma designs and CMS needs
• Implement and maintain strict ADA compliance standards
• Use JavaScript and external libraries to overcome Webflow's native limitations
• Develop modular, reusable components with accessibility built-in
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and review accessibility audits

Requirements:
• Proven experience with Webflow development and design
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and browser-based DOM manipulation
