Description:

I’m looking for an experienced designer/developer who is highly proficient in Figma, Framer, and Webflow to work with me one-on-one. I want to learn the basics of each platform, how to work efficiently, and how to make the most of their plugins and integrations.

Responsibilities:

Teach me core concepts and workflows in Figma, Framer, and Webflow.

Walk me through setting up and editing projects step-by-step.

Explain features clearly and answer questions in detail.

Show me how to use a wide variety of plugins and integrations to speed up and enhance workflows.

Work alongside me on my own design/build tasks as a practical learning exercise.

Requirements:

Strong experience in all three tools (Figma, Framer, Webflow).

Deep knowledge of plugins, extensions, and third-party integrations for each platform.

Ability to teach beginners in a clear, patient, and structured way.

Excellent English required — must be able to communicate concepts clearly.

Reliable internet connection for live sessions (screen sharing).

Preferred:

Previous experience as a tutor, trainer, or mentor.

Understanding of design principles and responsive web design.

Project Details:

Remote, via Zoom or similar.

Ongoing as needed (initially 1–2 sessions per week).

Hourly pay.
