WordPress Integration and Performance Specialist

We are looking for a specialist who can deliver a fast Webflow → WordPress/WooCommerce checkout flow together with a clean, reliable tracking setup. The focus of this role is performance + measurement accuracy across two domains. This is not a website design/build project.

What you will own:

• Diagnose and fix slow transition times into checkout (e.g., 7–12s delays)

• Optimize WordPress/WooCommerce checkout performance (TTFB, redirect chains, plugin overhead, session/cart behavior, third-party scripts impact)

• Implement and validate a full-funnel tracking setup across Webflow + checkout:

• Single GTM container across domains

• GA4 ecommerce events + cross-domain continuity

• Meta Pixel + Conversion API with deduplication (event_id)

• Google Ads conversions + Enhanced Conversions

• Consent setup (EU-ready) that does not break attribution

• QA and verification using GA4 DebugView, Meta Pixel Helper, GTM Preview, and browser network inspection

• Documentation of the final setup and a maintainable structure (so future changes don’t break tracking or speed)

Key requirements:

• Proven WooCommerce checkout performance optimization experience (real-world cases, not theory)

• Strong GTM + GA4 ecommerce implementation skills (items/value/currency/transaction_id, clean event schema)

• Strong Meta Ads implementation skills (Pixel + CAPI, deduplication, match quality considerations)

• Strong understanding of cross-domain tracking and attribution (GA linker, UTMs/gclid/fbclid preservation)

• Experience with consent management and Consent Mode v2 in EU environments

• Ability to work methodically: measure → change → validate (with clear evidence)

Deliverables:

• Clear diagnosis report (root causes of slow checkout and tracking gaps)

• Implementation plan with milestones

• Production implementation of speed + tracking improvements

• End-to-end validation evidence (screenshots/logs of correct events and improved timings)

• Documentation for ongoing maintenance

To apply, please send:

• 2–3 relevant examples of similar work (Woo checkout performance + cross-domain tracking)

• Your approach to improving checkout speed without breaking measurement

• Tools/stack you typically use for debugging and validation

• Rough timeline and availability
