SEO-Optimized Glossary Site Developer
We’re hiring a highly skilled Webflow CMS developer to build a clean, fast, SEO-optimized glossary site for Terms101.com. This is a fixed-price project with milestone-based payments. You’ll be executing a fully structured, no-fluff brief.
The design vision blends the clean UI of Qonto’s glossary with the depth, linking structure, and informational integrity of Investopedia. We’re looking for someone who can execute that marriage with precision.
🔧 Scope of Work (Fully Defined – No Hidden Gaps)
You’ll be responsible for:
✅ Webflow CMS Build
• Set up structured CMS collections for glossary terms
• Build alphabetical and category-based filtering
• Implement dynamic templates for each glossary entry
✅ Navigation & Layout
• Sticky header with top nav
• Dropdown for glossary categories
• Hero section with centered search bar
• Responsive design for mobile/tablet/desktop
✅ Filtering & Search Functionality
• Filtering by category
• A–Z term browsing
• Search functionality using Finsweet Attributes or Jetboost (or similar)
✅ Glossary Entry Template
Each glossary term page must include:
• Term name
• Definition (plain-English, easy to read)
• Category tag(s)
• Spanish translation field
• Internal links to related terms (manual fields or automated linking logic)
• Placeholder for optional example and backlink reference
• SEO-optimized URL slug
✅ Internal Linking Structure
• Cross-link terms where applicable
• Implement category archive pages with proper tag structure
• Use semantically clean structure for crawlability
✅ SEO + Metadata
• Page titles, meta descriptions, and image alt tags
• Clean URL slugs (e.g., /terms/amortization)
• Open Graph tags for social previews
• XML sitemap, robots.txt
✅ Non-Intrusive Ad Placement
• Sticky vertical ad slots on left and right
• Footer-wide ad block
• Must not disrupt readability or flow
✅ Footer Design
• Logo
• Contact email
• Social media icons (LinkedIn, X, Instagram)
• Legal links (Privacy Policy, Terms, Disclaimer)

💸 Budget & Payment Terms
Our starting budget is $1,000 USD, with expectations for a focused and milestone-based build. Please provide:
• Your total fixed price
• A clear milestone breakdown (e.g., Navigation + Hero = Milestone 1, CMS Build = Milestone 2, Filtering = Milestone 3, Final QA & Delivery = Milestone 4)
• Payment will be released only after each milestone is completed and approved
🔒 Note: This is a full-scope posting. We expect all standard implementation work (SEO, CMS, responsive layout, internal linking, metadata) to be included. No post-handoff upselling or “that’s out of scope” later. If anything is unclear, ask before submitting a proposal.
