Your Role:

You'll be our go-to Webflow expert for creating fast, clean, responsive pages and ensuring our sites run smoothly week to week. You’ll work closely with our designers, strategists, and project managers to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

Webflow Development:

• Build and implement new landing pages based on provided inspiration and designs

• Integrate new content and layouts seamlessly with the existing sites

• Optimize for speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience

Website Maintenance:

• Keep websites updated and bug-free

• Add new features/plugins based on our evolving needs.

• Identify and fix performance issues proactively.

• Support weekly updates and content launches

Team Communication:

• Be available for communication during 9 AM – 5 PM MST

• Respond promptly to Slack messages, comments, and revisions.

• Collaborate with our designers, project managers, and creative team.

• Share updates, blockers, and opportunities for improvements regularly

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Webflow development (Please include portfolio or links)

• Strong grasp of UI/UX and mobile responsiveness

• Experience maintaining multiple Webflow websites

• Excellent communication and time management

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

• Must be fluent in English

• Knowledge of the cannabis industry is a plus, but not required
