The design should feature a modern aesthetic with smooth scrolling, anchor links for easy navigation, and a dedicated contact section. You may need some photoshop skil for designing. I want it to be on my current domain or a separate one. If on current domain all other existing menu tabs and pages should be hidden from the public view (they can remain accessible in the backend for future reactivation).

The new homepage should have a clean design but eye catching ( may need some photoshop design) with a contact form and no external navigation. Must be mobile-friendly.

I will show you my vision but do not want to heavily involve in the design aspect. You must be able to provide me with your own creativity.
