B2B UI Designer for Homepage & Mini-RFP Page

Webflow Designer Needed – Homepage UI Polish + Mini-RFP Page (Fixed Scope)

Overview

This project is for polishing and lightly designing a new homepage and one supporting action page (Mini-RFP) within an existing Webflow site.

The site, CMS, navigation, and global styles are already live.

All copy, section order, and page intent are finalized.

I’m looking for a Webflow designer with strong visual judgment to apply a clean, calm visual layer — spacing, typography hierarchy, cards, icons, and subtle structure — so the pages feel intentional and high-quality for a B2B / private-equity audience.

This is a refinement and light visual design project, not a redesign or rebrand.

What’s already done

Homepage copy and section order are finalized

Detailed design brief exists for the “Example” section (Artifacts 1, 2A, 2B)

Mini-RFP page structure and copy are finalized (hero → bullets → embedded form → tiny FAQ)

Webflow project is live and editable

Navigation, footer, and CMS collections already exist (no changes needed)

You will be working from clear direction and mockups, not a blank canvas.

Scope of work

You will work on two pages only:

  1. New Homepage (primary focus)

You will:

Refine spacing, layout, and vertical rhythm

Improve typography hierarchy and scannability

Apply restrained card layouts and section structure

Add light visual elements where helpful:

simple icons (process steps, metrics, bullets)

subtle dividers or background contrast

clean card treatments for the Example section

Implement the Example section visually based on the provided design brief:

Artifact 1 (example mini-RFP card)

Artifact 2A (response summary / metrics)

Artifact 2B (three approach cards)

Clean up mobile responsiveness

Apply restrained hover states where appropriate

You will not:

Rewrite copy or messaging

Change section order or information architecture

Add new sections

Rebrand (colors, logo, fonts remain)

Add animations, illustrations, or heavy motion

Modify CMS collections or other site pages

Change global styles beyond what’s required for these pages

  1. Mini-RFP Page (light design)

This page already has finalized copy and an embedded Typeform.

You will:

Lay out the page cleanly:

Hero (headline + reassurance)

“What happens next” (3 bullets)

Embedded Typeform (inline, high on page)

Design a very small, understated FAQ + contact block below the form:

2 short FAQs

1 contact line (email)

Ensure spacing, typography, and hierarchy match the homepage

Ensure strong mobile behavior

This page should feel like an internal tool, not a marketing landing page.

Style direction

We’re aiming for:

Clean, restrained, professional

Calm B2B SaaS / consulting aesthetic

Card-based layouts where appropriate

Simple, consistent iconography (no illustrations)

Strong typography and white space

Minimal visual noise

This should feel intentional and serious, not flashy or sales-driven.

Deliverables

Polished homepage in Webflow (desktop + mobile)

Polished Mini-RFP page in Webflow (desktop + mobile)

Light iconography and visual accents applied where appropriate

Up to 2 revision rounds based on feedback

Timeline

3–5 days from kickoff

Expected effort: 8–12 hours

(This reflects light visual design in addition to layout polish.)

Budget

$600–$900 fixed price

Please apply only if you’re comfortable working within this range.

(This budget reflects refinement + light visual design across two pages.)

To apply
