Lead Generation Website Designer & Developer
I am looking for an experienced Webflow designer/developer to design and build a clean, professional website for a design-build construction company.
I am open to either a traditional multi-page site or a well-executed single-page website with a navigation bar that anchors to sections on the page. Simplicity, clarity, and quality execution matter more than the number of pages.
The core feature of the website is a custom, multi-step “Quick Quote” intake tool used to qualify leads, set expectations, and route inquiries by project readiness and scope. This tool will be the primary destination for Google and social advertising.
I have a clear vision for the structure, flow, and positioning of the site. I am open to using a high-quality Webflow template if it is a strong fit and can be customized appropriately. Custom design is welcome, but thoughtful UX and maintainability are more important than originality.
Scope of Work:
The website will be built in Webflow and may be structured as a single-page site with anchored navigation or as a small multi-page site. Core sections or pages should cover Home or Hero, Services, Process, Inspiration or Portfolio, About, and Contact. The overall tone should feel calm, confident, and high-end, with strong typography, spacing, and mobile-first execution.
A central requirement of the project is the Quick Quote intake tool. This will be a wizard-style, multi-step experience with one question per screen, a progress indicator, conditional logic, and a clean, premium user experience. It is not a price calculator. Its purpose is to attract and qualify leads and set expectations by offering high-level guidance on scope, complexity, and realistic project cost ranges. The tool must work smoothly on mobile and desktop, submit clean form data, and trigger email notifications. It should be structured so that copy and logic can be adjusted in the future without rebuilding the entire flow. A backend or custom web application is not required for version one; Webflow interactions and form handling are sufficient.
The site and intake tool must support the following service paths exactly, without adding or modifying services: Project Feasibility Review, Project Design & Engineering Services, Project Management, and Project Design + Build.
What I Am Looking For:
I am looking for someone with strong Webflow experience and good UI and UX judgment. The ideal person is comfortable building structured, logic-driven flows and understands how to design for clarity, calm, and conversion rather than visual noise. Clean class naming, reusable components, and a maintainable build are important.
What I Am Not Looking For:
I am not looking for WordPress builds, low-quality templates, rushed work, or developers who rely heavily on plugins or third-party form tools to replace thoughtful UX.
Budget and Timeline:
Budget is flexible and fair for the right fit. Please propose based on your experience, approach, and expected timeline.
To Apply:
Please include examples of relevant Webflow work, a brief explanation of how you would approach the Quick Quote intake tool, and your availability.
This project may lead to ongoing work for refinements, landing pages, and future iterations.
Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.
