Objective:

Transfer all CMS data from an existing Webflow site to a new Webflow site, ensuring complete and accurate migration of all content, artwork, and structured information.

Scope of Work:

Export all CMS collections, including text content, images, categories, tags, and associated metadata, from the original Webflow site.

Migrate all artwork (including cover images, galleries, and file assets) and ensure they are properly linked within the CMS.

Rebuild all CMS structures in the new Webflow site to match the original site’s schema and field structure.

Import all data into the new Webflow site using Webflow’s CMS import functionality, ensuring all relationships and references (e.g., multi-reference fields, reference fields, slugs) are correctly mapped.

Validate and test the migration to ensure no data loss, broken links, or formatting issues occur in the new environment.

Requirements:

Strong experience working within Webflow CMS.

Attention to detail in data structuring and content integrity.

Familiarity with CSV exports/imports and Webflow’s limitations and workarounds for bulk data handling.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or issues post-transfer.
