Figma Designer for Website Development

We’re a digital marketing agency that builds high-performing websites for both B2B SaaS companies and B2C home service companies.

We’re looking for 1–3 talented Figma designers who can take our creative briefs and produce polished, Webflow-ready layouts that our developers can bring to life.

This role is design-only — you’ll focus on creating conversion-focused, responsive layouts in Figma that look amazing and are practical to build in Webflow.

What You’ll Do:

Turn brand guidelines, strategy documents, and wireframes into high-fidelity designs.

Create desktop and mobile versions of each page.

Organize your Figma files for smooth hand-off (layer naming, component use, grids, etc.).

Apply UX best practices to ensure designs are both beautiful and functional.

Communicate clearly with our team and respond quickly to feedback.

Must-Have Skills:

Expert-level Figma experience.

Strong understanding of responsive design.

Knowledge of Webflow constraints and design best practices for development hand-off.

Ability to create style guides, component libraries, and reusable design systems.

Portfolio showing at least 3 website designs (preferably ones built in Webflow).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with Webflow (for design alignment only).

Basic UX research and wireframing skills.

Experience designing for B2B SaaS or home service companies.

Project Scope & Details:

Ongoing work – Projects range from 3–7 pages each.

Typical turnaround: 5–10 days per project.

We work primarily in US Eastern Time, but global applicants are welcome.

Paid Test Project: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a paid design project involving the revision of a 3–5 page internal website. You’ll collaborate directly with our Webflow developer and account manager to complete the design. This lets us evaluate communication, design quality, and Figma file organization in a real working environment before moving to ongoing client projects.

To Apply: Please include:

The word “FIGMA-PRO” at the very top of your proposal (applications without this will not be considered).

3–5 links to your best Figma website designs (share the live sites if they exist).

A short overview of your process from concept to final design.

Your typical turnaround time per page or per project.

Your hourly rate and/or fixed price per page.

Why Work With Us: We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team that values quality design, clear communication, and long-term relationships with our contractors. Many of our freelancers have worked with us for years across multiple clients.
