Part-Time Web Developer - WordPress & Webflow Skills

I run a fast-moving digital marketing business in Australia and I’m looking for a reliable web developer to join my roster for ongoing contract work. The role isn’t full-time and there are no guaranteed hours, but it could range anywhere from 10–80 hours a month depending on my workload and what my team needs at the time.

This is a hands-on development role — not a project manager position — so I need someone who can take designs or requirements and execute them with precision, speed, and minimal oversight.

🧠 What I Need:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in WordPress development

Proficient in Divi and Elementor

Strong experience with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields)

Comfortable duplicating and creating pages from Figma designs or existing layouts

Bonus skills: Webflow and Unbounce experience

High attention to detail — I need someone who will match designs exactly and pick up on small inconsistencies

Strong English skills for clear communication

Willing to work within my business processes — you’ll be added to my ClickUp workspace and follow my workflows

📍 Contract Details:

Flexible monthly hours (10–80 depending on workload)

Ongoing, but no guaranteed minimum

Contract role — you’ll invoice me for hours worked

✅ What You Must Include in Your Application:

A Loom video (max 3–5 minutes) where you:

Briefly introduce yourself

Show 2–3 websites you’ve developed and/or designed

Walk through your process for building one of them — tools you used, challenges you faced, and how you solved them

Explain why you think you’d be a great fit for this role

If you don’t include a Loom video, I won’t consider your application.

Also include in writing:

Your years of experience with WordPress, Divi, Elementor, and ACF

Any experience with Webflow and Unbounce

Your hourly rate in AUD

Your availability per week

Confirmation that you’re happy to work within my ClickUp processes

If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and can slot into my systems without needing constant management, I’d love to see what you can do.
