Interactive Q&A Feature Developer

We’re building out a new feature called Ask the Coach for our sports technology platform S34T. The feature will allow parents, players, and fans to submit questions to verified coaches, who can respond via text or short video answers. This will be a community-driven Q&A hub moderated for safety and quality.

We’ve already defined the concept, CMS schema, and technical requirements—now we need an experienced Webflow/Memberstack pro (with strong SuperSpark experience) to help us implement and polish the full workflow.

⚙️ Technical Requirements

Webflow CMS: for storing questions, answers, coaches, tags.

Memberstack: for authentication, user roles (Parent/Fan/Player, Coach, Admin).

SuperSpark: for video answering workflow and embedding (preferred solution over native YouTube/Vimeo).

Conditional visibility: verified coaches see “Answer” options; admins see moderation tools.

Form Integrations: Ask a Question → CMS with Pending status.

Video Embeds: Support short video answers via SuperSpark/YouTube/Vimeo.

Moderation flow: Admin approval required before any item goes live.

🎯 Skills We’re Looking For

Expert in Webflow CMS architecture (collections, conditional visibility, custom fields).

Proven experience with Memberstack roles, gated content, and permissions.

Experience integrating SuperSpark (video Q&A or community video workflows).

Familiar with no-code automation (Zapier/Make) to connect forms → CMS → notifications.

Eye for detail in UI/UX alignment with existing template design.

Bonus: Experience with community moderation workflows in Webflow + Memberstack setups.

📅 Project Timeline

We’d like to start immediately. Target is 2–3 weeks to have a working MVP:

Week 1: Setup CMS collections + Memberstack roles + forms.

Week 2: Build dashboards, integrate SuperSpark, and test flows.

Week 3: QA, moderation flow, polish UI/UX.
