We are seeking an experienced web designer & developer to create a high-quality, corporate-style website using a platform such as Webflow (or a comparable CMS) that provides a WYSIWYG control panel for easy updates, page additions, and content management on our side.

This is a fixed-price project — proposals based on hourly rates will not be considered.

• A finalized site map

• Clear navigation structure

• A 3D model to be embedded and animated

• Defined content hierarchy

We now require a skilled professional to design and code the full site, ensuring a smooth, modern, and highly interactive user experience.

Key Features & Requirements

1. Platform & Editing

• Must be built on Webflow or a similar CMS with WYSIWYG editing.

• Full admin control for bilingual content updates (English & Arabic).

• Parallax scrolling effects on the landing page.

• Smooth image transitions (expand/contract as they appear/disappear during scrolling).

• 3D model integration on the landing page (below the fold) that rotates, zooms, and highlights sections as the user scrolls.

• Animated statistics counters (e.g., number of projects completed, satisfaction rate, active projects) that tick up as they come into view.

• Drop-down navigation menu triggered from the top left on the homepage, with hierarchical drill-down menus expanding left/right.

• Corporate, clean, and responsive design across all devices.

• Full English (LTR) and Arabic (RTL) versions.

• All layouts must mirror appropriately.

• Placeholder stock images to be used during design; final images will be supplied later.

• We will arrange hosting separately, but you may suggest a cloud hosting provider.
