Campsite Website Redesign Expert

We are looking for a talented and creative Webflow developer to help us redesign our website for our family-run campsite. Our current website has served us well, but we are ready for a modern update. The primary goals for the redesign are to modernize the overall look and feel, significantly improve the user experience (especially on mobile devices), enhance the structure, and implement a new multi-step booking form.

The project will be built in Webflow to ensure that we can easily manage and update content ourselves without needing to manage a CMS system.

About Us:

We are a small, family-owned campsite in germany dedicated to providing a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. We value personal connection, a friendly atmosphere, and the simple joys of camping and “glamping” in nature. Our new website should carry this feeling forward into a fresh, modern design.

What You'll Build:

  • A complete, responsive website in Webflow based on a sitemap/structure we will provide.

  • A design that is warm, inviting, and visually appealing, inspired by the references below. We envision a design that features:

° A nature-inspired color palette (earthy tones, greens, warm beiges).

° Creative staging of our photo material. We want to move beyond standard grids and embed our images in interesting ways – for example, using organic shapes, overlaps, or as immersive, full-width backgrounds.

° A clean, spacious layout with a good mix of modern and rustic fonts.

° Playful, perhaps handcrafted-style icons and subtle, tasteful animations to add personality.

  • The front-end design and layout of a multi-step booking form. Please note: This task is about creating the user-facing design in Webflow. You will collaborate closely with our programmer, who will handle the back-end logic and integration.

  • A perfectly responsive experience that looks and works great on all devices.

  • A well-structured Webflow project that is easy for us (the non-technical owners) to manage.

Project Scope:

To give you a better idea of the size of this project, we estimate it will include:

  • Approximately 20 static pages (e.g., Home, About Us, Accommodation Types, Activities, Contact, etc.).

  • The front-end for a booking flow consisting of multiple sub-forms and various interactive elements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing beautiful, responsive, and custom websites you have built in Webflow.

  • Proven ability to create smooth, subtle animations

  • A great eye for design, typography, and user experience.

A Note on AI & Tools:

We are open to using modern tools to streamline the creative process. For instance, using AI-powered generators (like svgmaker.io for icons) is acceptable, provided we discuss and agree on their use beforehand to ensure quality and consistency.

What We Provide:

  • A clear PDF document outlining the desired sitemap and structure.

  • All necessary content (text and images), although we are open to your suggestions.

  • A list of websites whose design and feel we really like, to serve as inspiration:
