I'm looking for an experienced Webflow designer/developer to help build a clean, high-performing website that serves as the central hub for my real estate business. The site will primarily focus on SEO-optimized written content, lead capture, and occasional property showcases (not a full IDX integration).

This is not just a landing page — it needs to be a scalable content platform that’s easy to update, designed with conversion and performance in mind.

What I Need:

Full build-out of a Webflow site (5–10 core pages to start)

Design and implementation of a CMS structure for blog posts and local market pages

Integration with my CRM or lead capture forms (GoHighLevel preferred)

Clean, mobile-first design with fast load times and SEO best practices

Light animation/motion design for polish

Easy backend usability — I want to be able to update blog posts, page content, and lead magnets without help

Bonus if you have experience with:

Real estate websites or SEO-first content sites

Embedding forms from GoHighLevel or similar tools

Designing around a content marketing or YouTube-focused strategy

Setting up schema markup or other on-page SEO optimization

Deliverables:

Fully functional Webflow site ready to publish

CMS templates for blog + neighborhood pages

Mobile-optimized and performance-tested layout

2–3 rounds of feedback and revisions
