Design Exceptional Customer Experiences

As a Product Designer on Webflow's User Expansion team, you'll drive discovery, research, and ideation to unlock new invite and collaboration opportunities.

You'll partner closely with product management and engineering to propose and drive exciting new product opportunities that meet customer needs and business impact.

Key responsibilities include:
• Designing exceptional end-to-end customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data
• Partnering with Product Management and Engineering to explore problem spaces and identify potential solutions
• Regularly engaging with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points
