Overview:

Our Webflow project uses Finsweet Attributes with around 2,800 CMS items, but the CMS and related pages are taking 20–30 seconds to load per tab. We need an expert who can diagnose and fix the performance bottlenecks immediately so we can launch today - Should be quite straight forward for someone with expertise in this area.

Requirements:

Must have proven experience with large-scale Webflow CMS setups (2,000+ items)

Strong knowledge of Finsweet Attributes, filters, and pagination

Diagnose and fix slow CMS and front-end page load times

Optimise collection structure, references, conditional visibility, and dynamic embeds

Provide clear recommendations for scaling performance going forward

Must be able to start within hours

Goal:

Make the CMS and live pages load instantly or within a few seconds, even with thousands of CMS items.

Deliverables:

Identify and resolve the root cause of the slowdown

Optimise CMS collections and any Finsweet configurations

Verify performance improvement (via load-time test or screen recording)
