Key Responsibilities

Design and build responsive, high-quality websites directly in Webflow

Ensure websites meet WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 accessibility standards and apply best practices

Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver projects on time and address feedback efficiently

Qualifications

​

2-4+ years of hands-on experience building websites in Webflow

​

Strong natural eye for design, layout, and visual hierarchy

​

Deep understanding of modern web design best practices and ADA compliance

​

Experience designing directly in Webflow, not just executing static mocks

​

Familiarity with CRO, UX patterns, and lead-focused design

• 2-4+ years of hands-on experience building websites in Webflow
