We are a specialized real estate marketing firm building AEO-Optimized (AI Search–Optimized) websites for agents and teams across the US. We are looking for a white-label production partner to build these sites on Webflow.

​

We operate on a template-based model: Our clients select a design from a curated list of Webflow templates. Your role is to customize the template, integrate complex IDX feeds, and implement advanced technical SEO/AEO standards.

The Scope of Work

​

We require a standardized Fixed Price per Website for the following workflow:

​

1. Webflow Build (Template-Based)

​

• Setup and customization of a Webflow template selected by the client.

​

• Structure: Up to 20 pages (Home, About, Services, Communities, Listings, Blog, etc.).

​

• CMS setup for easy client editing (Blog, Team Members, Testimonials).

​

1. Real Estate IDX Integration (Critical)

​

• You must have proven experience integrating MLS feeds into Webflow.

​

• Supported providers: iHomeFinder, Showcase IDX, IDX Broker.

​

• Scope includes: Search bars, property grids, map embeds, and dynamic listing pages within the Webflow environment.

1. AEO & Technical SEO (Mandatory)

​

• Schema Markup: Implementation of full JSON-LD schema (Entity graph, LocalBusiness, Person, RealEstateAgent) via custom code blocks.

​

• Performance: Passing Core Web Vitals (Desktop & Mobile).

​

Technical: Canonical tags, OG tags, proper heading hierarchy, and clean code structure.

​

• Accessibility: WCAG 2.2 AA Compliance.

​

Requirements for the Agency

​

• Webflow & IDX Expertise: You must show live examples of Webflow sites with active IDX property search integration.

​

• Scalability: We are building a production network. You must confirm your capacity to deliver high volumes (100+ sites) consistently without quality drops.

​

• Process: You must have a QA team to ensure no broken links, mobile responsiveness, or script errors before delivery.

​

• Communication: Must be available for regular syncs and provide a dedicated project manager.

​

Proposal Requirements

To be shortlisted, please provide the following in your cover letter or an attached PDF:

• Fixed Unit Price: What is your fixed cost to build one website (20 pages) based on a pre-selected Webflow template, including IDX setup?
