Part-Time Associate for Website Growth & Upkeep
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Webflow Website Growth Associate to support a small portfolio of client websites with consistent monthly work.
This is not a redesign or heavy dev role. It’s about steady improvement, clear reporting, and thoughtful upkeep — done well and on schedule.
Scope of work (per site, monthly — ~10 hours)
You’ll manage about 5 Webflow sites total (≈ 50 hours/month across all clients).
- Light SEO & site health (~4 hrs)
Run monthly site crawls (Screaming Frog or similar)
Check for:
Broken links
Missing/weak titles or H1s
Obvious technical issues
Make reasonable fixes directly in Webflow
Document anything larger that should be scoped separately
- Blog content in Webflow (~3 hrs)
Each month, publish one researched blog post per client:
Real research with credible sources
Internal + external links
Aligned to the client’s keywords
Clean formatting inside Webflow CMS
(Not AI-generated fluff — thoughtful, human writing is important.)
- CRO review (~2 hrs)
Review Microsoft Clarity recordings + heatmaps
Glance at basic GA behavior
Identify:
2–3 clear opportunities
1 quick-win test idea
Document anything that would require additional budget
- Reporting + client prep (~1 hr)
Use our existing dashboards and report templates
Add concise insights and recommendations
Prepare talking points for one monthly client meeting
Join and represent Chasing Creative on that call
You are not expected to build new dashboards or custom analytics unless explicitly requested.
