B2B IP Analytics Platform Site Enhancement

We deliver structured, data-backed intelligence reports for patent professionals, tech transfer offices, inventors, and IP strategists. Our existing Webflow site is functional but needs to evolve into a high-performing digital platform that reflects our full report suite, methodology, value narrative, and audience expertise.

We’re seeking a Webflow designer/developer who understands SaaS, B2B, or consulting-oriented platforms and can build out a modern, visually cohesive, and conversion-optimized site using our existing architecture, branding, and high-converting copy.

Project Phases

Phase 1 (Launch MVP – 11 Days Max)

Create a clean, responsive, SEO-friendly B2B site with:

Homepage: Professional hero section, tagline, CTA (Explore Reports, See Sample)

Reports Page(s): Summary of 3–4 patent report offerings with pricing & benefits

About Page: Brief founder intro and mission

Contact Page: Basic inquiry form + email/social links

Optional: FAQ section (can be static), Testimonials preview

Footer with legal links, LinkedIn, newsletter signup

Requirements:

No animation, CMS, or advanced effects

Must look polished and trustworthy to B2B buyers (university, government, licensing teams)

Desktop + mobile responsive

Optimized for basic SEO (headings, meta tags, fast load)

Phase 2 (Future – Post-Launch Polish)

Add animations, subtle interactions, and enhanced UX

Implement CMS (blog, case studies, white papers)

Expand to full report comparison table, dynamic testimonials, resource center

Ideal Candidate

Proficient in Webflow, responsive design, and clean layouts

Able to follow detailed guidance and existing copy/structure

Experience building B2B, SaaS, or consulting-style sites (no e-commerce needed)

Good communicator, sticks to deadlines, understands MVP approach.
