Freelance Designer for Fitness Studio Revamp
WebFlow Website Refresh – Fitness Studio (Richmond, Melbourne)
Hi! I run a small-group training studio in Richmond, Melbourne called The Bones
Fitness. I’m looking for a freelance WebFlow designer/developer to help fix and refresh
our website.
We refreshed our brand last year – it’s slick, cool, and we love it – but the website
doesn’t reflect that. The homepage only partially reflects the new direction and feels
patchy/unresolved, while many other pages (especially those linked via Meta ads) still the
old design and structure. The result is an inconsistent and often confusing user
experience, where people aren’t landing on something clear, polished, or easy to
navigate. We're keen to fix that and create something cohesive, functional, and aligned
with our brand.
What We Need:
Fix broken links and clean up the overall site structure
Audit and clean up old, duplicate, or abandoned pages — but retain hidden or campaign-specific pages that may still be active or searchable via ads or direct links. These must stay live but should ideally be updated to match the refreshed site design and navigation
Refresh the homepage with a hero slider to feature rotating content (offers, trainer highlights, events, etc.)
Extend the current look and feel to all missing or underdeveloped pages, using clean, functional design
Ensure it’s easy for us to create and customise new offer pages (visually and text-wise) that align with our Meta ad campaigns and can be launched quickly
Contact and/or Promo Page Functionality
Right now, we duplicate the Contact Us page to serve as landing pages for
promotions. This works, but it’s clunky, ugly and limits how well we can align creative
from our ads with what appears on the page.
We’d like:
A way to customise imagery and messaging per campaign, while retaining key components like the contact form
To explore better solutions than duplicating the entire page (e.g. CMS-based promo pages, modular sections, or a template system)
The ability to easily update these pages in-house when needed
Most importantly, to retain the form functionality, as it's how we capture and respond to leads
Navigation Goals:
We’d love a clean, intuitive navigation structure that includes:
Home
About Us
Classes / Services
Timetable (MindBody plugin)
Pricing
Gallery / Community photos
Blog
Contact
Offers (or feature these dynamically via homepage hero slider - ability to customise with relevant promo creative)
What We’ll Provide:
A library of professional photos
Brand style guide, fonts, and readymade assets
The existing WebFlow site and access
Clear input and feedback throughout the process
We’re looking for someone experienced in WebFlow with a sharp eye for functional, clean design. If you can help us unify our site, improve how we launch campaigns, and make the whole thing easier to manage — we’d love to chat.
