We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Webflow developer to support us in building and maintaining several modern, high-performance websites for our clients.

We are a small but growing agency based in Germany, focusing on professional websites and online shops for service providers and local businesses. Our team handles the strategy, content, and design — and we now need technical support to bring everything to life in Webflow.

What we need:

Clean and responsive builds based on provided designs (usually from Figma or Adobe XD)

Experience with CMS structures and Webflow collections

Occasionally dynamic elements and custom animations

Understanding of performance optimization and SEO basics

Ability to adjust styles and layouts for different breakpoints (especially mobile!)

Nice to have:

Experience with custom code integrations (HTML, CSS, JS)

Understanding of e-commerce setup (Shopify, Shopware, or Webflow e-comm)

Familiarity with client-first or similar style guides

How we work:

We communicate via Slack and organize projects in Notion. We value clear updates, thoughtful implementation, and proactive thinking. You will work closely with us and possibly have direct access to client feedback.

We are looking to start with one project and continue with regular collaboration if things go well. Please share your portfolio and relevant Webflow projects.
