We’re a marketing/creative agency looking for a Webflow developer slash designer who has strong front-end fundamentals and great visual taste. Most of our client websites are currently on WordPress or older builders with dated design language.

​

Our process: we purchase premium Webflow templates and need you to adapt the client’s existing site content + structure into a modern Webflow build—while improving layout, hierarchy, UX, and overall “brand lift.”

Key Responsibilities

​

Audit client’s existing site to understand pages, structure, and content.

​

Rebuild in Webflow using a premium template as the base.

​

Migrate/adapt content into the new template (pages, sections, CTAs).

​

Customize template sections and add new sections/components when needed.

​

Typical Project Scope

​

Most projects follow this flow:

​

We share the client’s existing website + goals + new Webflow template link.

​

You propose a quick plan (site map + key template sections to use/modify).

​

You build the site in Webflow:

​

a. Home + core service pages + about + contact (varies)

​

b. Additional pages if needed (portfolio, locations, etc.)

​

c. You QA responsiveness, spacing consistency, and basic performance hygiene.

​

Required Skills

​

Strong Webflow skills (components/symbols, CMS when needed, responsive builds).

​

Good design judgment (spacing, typography, modern layout patterns).

​

Clear communication + ability to work async.

​

Nice to Have: light interactions/animations (tasteful).
