Job Description:

I'm looking for an experienced Webflow expert who can serve as a coach and strategic partner. This role will involve body doubling—working alongside me in real-time while I build Webflow projects. The goal is for me to learn hands-on, solve strategic problems as they arise, and gain fluency with Webflow's capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Join scheduled work sessions (co-working style) to support my learning and project completion in real-time.

Offer strategic insights and solutions when I encounter roadblocks.

Answer questions and explain best practices for design, CMS structure, integrations, and responsive layouts.

Provide step-by-step guidance on complex functionalities like animations, conditional logic, and multi-language setups.

Share tips for optimizing projects for performance and scalability.

Review my work and offer constructive feedback.

Assist in troubleshooting design and technical issues.

Requirements:

Proven experience building high-quality projects in Webflow (portfolio required).

Strong understanding of Webflow CMS, integrations (Zapier, Make, Airtable), and responsive design.

Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and patiently.

Strategic thinking around Webflow design and development—understanding not just how to do things, but why certain approaches are optimal.

Familiarity with Webflow University, Figma, and general web design principles.

Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Bonus Skills:

Experience with JavaScript and custom code in Webflow.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization.

Familiarity with client-first design and scalable development methods.
