Hello! We are a hair salon brand based in NYC currently on WordPress. We are planning a rebuild and moving off WordPress to a more performance-focused setup. We are exploring Webflow and Shopify and are not yet finalized on which platform will power the e-commerce portion of the site. Scope (Primary Focus: Webflow): Rebuild the salon / brand website in Webflow CMS setup (blog, team, services, locations) SEO-safe migration of existing content from WordPress (posts, metadata, redirects) Performance-first build (Core Web Vitals) Analytics setup (GA4, Google Search Console) Clean handoff and documentation for internal management E-commerce Context: We are evaluating Webflow vs Shopify for e-commerce, we have a small ecommerce shop that sells hair brushes to consumer.
