Part-time Web Designer for Figma - $18/hr

Location: Greenville, SC (On-site 1 day/week)

Employment type: Contract/Temp, Part-time

Pay: $18/hour

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality, conversion-focused website pages in Figma aligned with brand guidelines for an estate planning, Business Law, and Immigration law firm.

• Build responsive Webflow sites using structured classes and components; ship clean, accessible, SEO-friendly builds.

• Implement the Lumos framework conventions for design tokens, components, and layout; document decisions and reusable patterns.

• Collaborate in person one day per week in our Greenville office until project completion; async the rest.

• Manage version control, QA, and iterative improvements based on feedback and analytics.

Must-haves:

• Portfolio showcasing Figma UI/UX and shipped Webflow projects.

• Proficiency with Lumos framework (or ability to demonstrate equivalent component-based design systems and willingness to adapt to Lumos quickly).

• Strong grasp of typography, spacing, and responsive design; basic SEO and accessibility best practices.

• Organized, communicative, and comfortable with structured feedback loops.

• Experience with CMS collections in Webflow.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in legal/professional services and simple automations (e.g., forms, Zapier/Make).

• Basic knowledge of schema markup, site speed optimization, and analytics.

Schedule:

• 1 day/week in-office (Greenville) until project completion; flexible on which day.
