I’m building Glow Locale, a curated lifestyle platform highlighting the best in fashion, beauty, wellness, dining, and events — starting with Tampa Bay, and expanding to other cities in the future.

Phase 1 needs to deliver a visually stunning, brand-consistent site with a working directory, editorial-style subpages, and the foundation for an AI-powered personalization feature to be added in the future.

Core Requirements for Phase 1:

• Platform: WordPress (Elementor, Oxygen, or similar) or Webflow — must be scalable and AI-ready.

• Design: Clean, editorial, premium feel using provided color palette and brand guidelines.

• Directory Build: Searchable, filterable, and easy to update (categories include Fashion, Beauty, Wellness, Dining, Events). Each listing should support images, descriptions, contact details, and outbound links.

• Where to Glow – directory hub

• Glow Picks – curated shopping recommendations (affiliate-ready)

• Glow Nights – events guide

• Glow City Spotlight – features and interviews

• About, Contact, and SEO-optimized homepage

• SEO: Local SEO setup for Tampa Bay; scalable to future cities.

• CMS: Simple backend for adding and editing listings without coding.

• Performance: Mobile-first, fast load times, and optimized UX.

Phase 2 (Future Scope):

• Glow Style Suite – AI-powered styling tool delivering outfit, beauty, and lifestyle recommendations based on local trends, weather, and events. Phase 1 should be built so this can be integrated later without a complete rebuild.

You Should Have:

• Proven experience in building scalable, CMS-driven directory sites.

• Strong portfolio of premium/lifestyle brand sites.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices.

• Ability to collaborate on UX strategy.

• Excellent communication and adherence to deadlines.
