I currently have a form up on a webflow website. It was built using tryformly and relume.

Customers are complaining that sometimes the form doesn't submit, or it gets stuck on the "please wait" section.

There are only two portions of logic, but they just show you a following question or not based on your answer. It is not multiple large flows. -- There are 16 questions in the form.

I'm looking for someone who can comb over this form with a fine-comb, and let us know why we are experiencing the issues that we are.
